Today is the first day of this semester that I am feeling actually stressed. One of my journalism classes has a large story due on Friday and my story is not moving the way I want it to. Despite this roadblock, I am still working on it and still doing my best to complete this story to the absolute best of my ability by the deadline.
To relieve my stress today, I plan to go for a run later around Bowling Green. Running is an outlet I use often to make me feel like I have control over my life once again. It’s also a nice way to be alone with my thoughts, mind, body and music.
